Your key responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Teamleaders/Operators teams in order to convey the strategic vision of the site, DSM-Firmenich's values and the objectives of his/her department Support local management through projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs and deploying better working practices; Provides advice to their teams on production, technical problem solving and working practices that will lead to customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate and develop the production team in line with DSM-Firmenich core values Identify and drive the changes to improve production efficiency, increase yield and reduce production costs; Participate in the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives Identify non-conformances and solve problems; Develop an HSE mindset, transmit it to the team and lead by example Ensure high-quality communication with the other departments, and be responsible for cascading key messages to the shopfloor; Participate in internal audits We bring An eagerness to be one quality community and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future.

Some knowledge in MES, EBR and Preactor is a plus.
