Continuous improvement of Production Line quality - Participate in ”CCA” teams on reported quality problems (from any intervenient in the process and from customer) - Compile and/or assess corrective action reports upon rejections, both internal and customer complaints. - Follow-up implementation of corrective actions in conjunction with OU teams. - Support MRB and OU/SU’s team in the corrective actions decisions - Identify improvement potential, based upon production process audits and/or analysis of rejection reports3.
Continuous improvement of Production Line processes - Organize and/or participate to continuous improvement activities (5s, Kaizen etc).4.
Support the introduction of new products or process - Participate in the quality follow-up within the process of production start-up of new parts, as well as within the change process - Monitor and manage quality performance during the start-up phase or during implementation of changes5. Maintain Production Line quality performance indicators - Update and evaluate quality KPI within the operating unit or production area. - Provide and report the quality KPI. - Implement and maintain quality clinic performance indicators.6. Coaching of Production Line personnel - Support QC prod auditor - Coach operator on daily operating tasks. - Support and explain quality strategy within it area.PROFILE :

Degree in Industrial or Civil EngineeringLanguages:
