Optimizing production, working methods and performance, output and quality.Recording the production data in our ERP system in real time.Participating in the production tool modernization projects to reduce costs (such as adaptation to new products, ergonomic work environment).Liaising with purchase and sales on selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of the production equipment.Raising team awareness and monitoring the application of quality and safety rules.Managing & supervising your French speaking team on a daily basis.Identifying, promoting and developing staff skills.
Qualifications Your profile You have a masters degree in Industrial Engineering or equal by experience.You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.You have a strong theoretical and practical knowledge of industrial mechanics and industrial equipment maintenance.You can easily work with SAP, Microsoft Office ,You are fluent in French, English and Dutch.
Note that being fluent in French is a requirement for this position.You are open to work with a French speaking team.You are a people manager and a team player.You attach importance to quality and safety.
