Together you will ensure that the administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently, with the goal of achieving optimal customer satisfaction:
Managing contracts, both creating and modifying them.
Preparing quotations within our extensive product range.
Managing portfolio and agency transfers.
In addition, you will also contribute to the operational objectives of the department and assist in the continuous improvement of services.
In doing so, you will focus on quality and telephone service.
Profile You have a first experience in car insurance of at least three years; You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of French is an asset.
You are administratively strong, communicative, customer and solution oriented.
You are familiar with MS-Office.
