Your duties include:
Taking care of subscriptions, coverages and handling (new) contracts Close follow-up of the invoicing of the premiums Maintaining customer contacts for technical assistance With your expertise, you will ensure the smooth and efficient handling of these tasks to provide optimal service.
Profile You have a higher education degree or equivalent experience.
You have at least 3 years of experience in managing car insurance.
You are fluent in both Dutch and French.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
You are able to work both independently and in a team and you have excellent communication skills.
