You will be responsible for everything related to the training and end-user journey of the Qualifio platform.
Under the responsibility of the Head of Success and in collaboration with the Head of Product, you will be in charge of preparing, delivering and promoting the overall training and e-learning material and packages.Key rolesDevelop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy in line with industry standards to enhance Qualifio's training professionalism.Design and supervise training methodologies, crafting clear steps and defining value propositions for features, while producing high-quality materials.Innovate and suggest new training formats (e.g., task lists, videos, online courses) to enhance user experience.Conduct training for acquired companies to ensure consistency across all entities.Create and deliver premium training sessions for Platinum customers, collaborating with the Studio Team to enhance their platform experience.Provide onboarding training via an Academy and e-learning platform for new customers and end-users.Collaborate with the Marketing Team to shape the end-user journey across all channels.Work with the product team to ensure training content reflects the latest platform features.Analyze user feedback and usage data to enhance training effectiveness, recommending adjustments as needed.Develop and implement assessment tools (quizzes, surveys) to measure training impact.
About you 5+ years experience as enablement or learning and development manager, ideally in a tech environment.A strong understanding of the sales and customer success environment, including content, tools and trainingAble to build internal relationships with CSM, sales and marketingExcellent communication skillsFluent in English and French, Spanish or Dutch is a plus.Fast learnerJoin us!
