Act as the primary liaison between the organization and its clients, advocating for customer needs and concerns internally while supporting the Commercial Service/Program Manager and Marketing Department in maintaining high-quality standards.Foster seamless communication and collaboration across departments, including Quality Directorate, development, industrialization, commercial, marketing, and external customer quality teams, to ensure alignment and cohesion in quality management practices.Conduct thorough reviews of offers and contracts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and quality standards, identifying any potential risks or discrepancies for proactive resolution.Develop comprehensive quality plans that outline strategic approaches to ensure consistent productquality and customer satisfaction throughout the development and industrialization processes.Monitor the progress of development and industrialization initiatives, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure timely and efficient project execution while proactively addressing any emerging issues or challenges.Manage product configurations meticulously to uphold their integrity and performance standards, facilitating seamless integration and compatibility across various systems and platforms.Serve as a responsive and proactive point of contact for customer complaints, promptly addressing and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Implement robust processes for monitoring and evaluating product lifecycles, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance product performance and meet evolving customer needs and market demands.Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging innovation, collaboration, and learning to foster ongoing excellence and competitiveness in the marketplace.
This role requires a deep understanding of productsystemsengineering principles along with strong analytical skills to evaluate complex issues related to productquality.
You should also have excellent communication skills that allow you effectively collaborate across different teams within the organization.
About YouThe ideal candidate is someone who has between 5-15 years of experience focused on ProductSystemsEngineering.
We're looking for individuals who can demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge coupled with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, EN 9100, AQAP 2110, 2310, and their application.Familiarity with Quality tools such as PDCA/8D, 6 Sigma, MSA, MSP, Control Plans, PPAP.Understanding of risk analysis, functional safety, and associated tools like FTA and FMEA.Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent written and spoken French and English.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment with customer-oriented quality management.Experience in development/manufacturing/quality for complex or highly regulated systems.
