About the job To support our growing company, we're seeking a ProductOwner to join our Product Team in Louvain-la-Neuve.
This key role will significantly contribute to Qualifio's future.
As a ProductOwner, you'll co-own the product roadmap and set delivery expectations in collaboration with the team.Here's a look at some of your responsibilities:
Drafting features and user stories that guide the development teams.Collaborating with our Product Designer to create a memorable UX that sparks an instant wow-effect.Participating in daily standups, backlog grooming, and other agile rituals to foster teamwork.Defining and analysing success criteria and product KPIs for new features with meticulous attention to detail.Working closely with our Product Marketer & Product Manager to develop comprehensive release communication plans.Assisting with testing new features - every little bit helps!About you Proven experience in the Product team of a SaaS companyYou have a good interest in technology, and an overall understanding of the MarTech environment (digital, data, and analytics).You have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.You have interpersonal and communication skills:
you are capable of building relationships with team members and customers and you clearly communicate to the team.User Experience (UX) is not an empty word to you and you are obsessed by delivering the highest quality in everything you doYou are able to translate business needs into technical specifications.You have organisational, time management, and documentation skills.You are at least fluent in English, French is a big plus (writing and speaking).
