Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the team throughout all project phases (including inviting them to lunch, arranging professional visits, etc.).
Effectively manage project team members, including technicians, consultants, and specialists .
Collaborate closely with the client during the project, centralizing and disseminating project information to ensure quality and achieve financial goals.
Regularly provide detailed reporting to both the client and management , keeping them informed about the project's progress.
Profiles IT ProductOwner - Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience of over 3 years in Project/Service Management within IT infrastructure solutions.
Diploma from Polytech or Engineering.
Fluency in French, and English , with excellent communication skills, Dutch is a plus.
