The Role As the ProductOwner, you will be the driving force behind strategic prioritization and structuring of our SynaptiQ application development.
Your main challenge will be to enforce a consistent Agile methodology, coach the team for peak performance and accountability, and stand strong in challenging discussions to steer the product towards success.
Your deep understanding of the renewable energy market will be crucial in shaping a product that meets industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Prioritization and Structuring:
Lead the process of strategic decision-making, prioritizing features and improvements that align with business goals and market needs.
Implement effective structures to streamline development processes and optimize product delivery.
Agile Methodology Enforcement:
Champion the consistent application of Agile methodologies within the team.
Monitor and refine Agile practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in product development cycles.
Team Coaching and Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to the development team, promoting accountability and high standards of delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to exceed their goals and embrace challenges.
Strong Advocacy in Stakeholder Discussions:
Exhibit a strong personality in discussions with stakeholders, confidently advocating for the product’s direction and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Navigate challenging conversations with poise, ensuring that decisions are made in the best interest of the product and the company.
Renewable Energy Market Expertise:
Leverage your knowledge of the renewable energy market to inform product decisions and roadmap development.
Stay abreast of industry trends and shifts to ensure that our product remains at the forefront of renewable energy solutions.
Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ProductOwner, preferably in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on renewable energy.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to enforce process discipline and accountability within a team.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and a track record of implementing these principles effectively.
A personality capable of leading challenging situations and discussions with confidence.
In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy market and its evolving dynamics is a BIG plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude.
