Develop and maintain a product vision based on current market needs and technology trends Long-term planning by creating and monitoring the product roadmap Short to medium-term prioritization and definition of requirements in a prioritized backlog Communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, including the ability to say no to protect the product from distractions Technical leadership of an agile development team to implement the product strategy Responsibility for budget planning and monitoring relevant KPIs Ensuring product quality and continuous further development of the product Supporting product marketing and sales, including pricing Ensuring documentation and knowledge transfer Your strengths as a ProductOwner (all genders):
You have a good technical understanding and an interest in modern technologies You are able to grasp technical issues and take them into account in your work You can maintain an overview in stressful phases and appear confident and convincing You have in-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles You are an analytical problem solver and able to lead a team and take responsibility for your work You have the courage to make clear decisions and manage stakeholders effectively You are fluent in written and spoken German and English What you can expect:
