Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the customer throughout all project phases (invite them for lunch, professionnal visit, etc.).
Effectively manage project team members, including Technicians, Consultants, and Specialists.
Collaborate closely with the customer, centralizing and disseminating project information to ensure quality and meet financial goals.
Provide regular, detailed reporting to both the customer and management , keeping them informed on project progress.
Profiles IT ProductOwner - Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience of over 6 years in Project/Service Management within IT Infrastructure solutions.
Possesses strong organizational skills , characterized by a systematic and dynamic approach with strong capacity of being AUTONOMOUS Fluent in Dutch, French, and English , showcasing excellent communication abilities.
