You will work with a development team located in Poland.
As a ProductOwner you define and prioritize requirements in the Squad Backlog and also accept requirements as completed, in balance with proper and sustainable lifecycle management (e.g.
The squad is responsible for the application and the workflow from start till end to affiliate all customers to SD Worx.
Different stakeholders are involved in this process from business support teams to account management.
Key Accountabilities Monitor the business results of the product, as well as the technical health / stability Define product requirements with the team and prioritize them in the product backlog Ensure that product requirements solve important customer/business problems Works together with other ProductOwners to get a common prioritization and release planning for the legal changes Writes user stories including acceptance criteria together with specialists in the team Continually solicits feedback from operational stakeholders, product manager, ..
to prioritize product enhancements and understand business requirements Manages the Release scope taking into account existing resource constraints and business priorities Define the vision (in collaboration with the Product Manager) Has authority to accept product increments delivered by the team Ability to determine an incremental development approach to deliver the product Expectations, Experience & Knowledge Good communicator skills Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., legal, finance, support, technology, …) Ability to clearly explain the customers’ and stakeholders’ requirements to the squad Dutch (native) & English, confident in speaking and writing Ability to set and guard clear goals and priorities (the “what”) for the squad Work experience in an agile environment where scrum methodology was applied Personal Competencies Eager to learn Dares to speak up, gives feedback and values transparency Ready to collaborate with a remote development team (Poland) Collaboration with colleagues within and outside the team Take ownership of the presented issues with the necessary passion Mature professional:
