Prepare all necessary briefings related to TV Products for Internal Training (Customer Care and Installer), Communication & Web TeamsInteract with Orange Group peers for Products & Services (best practice sharing, monthly reporting…)Contribute to TV Product Roadmap & evolutions with product improvement ideas, feedback and propositions.Deliver new Products & Services and Product evolutions with end-to-end responsibility from opportunity identification to product launch/update (Smart TV apps, TV decoders …)Provide Business Requirements (incl business processes, customer journey), consolidated business cases, risks management plan, project timeline, budget.Ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance with the local and Group project management processes (Time To Market)Product development follow-up with Project Managers, Suppliers, Engineering, Marketing etc…Co-lead Product updates & improvements (Release management) with TV Front End Engineering teamContribute to Friendly User Testing strategy with Service Experience teams.Technology & competition watch (Belgian market competitive benchmark)Your profileTechnical University / Engineering degree or equivalent experienceFirst experience in Product Development & Product Management within Telecom and/or ITProject & Partner managementKnowledge of the general TV landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologiesKnowledge of Telecom/IT Products & Services Marketing or equivalent is an assetComputer literate - MS OfficeTeam worker, excellent communication skills and stress resistanceFluent English, French and/or Dutch is a plusSpecific expertiseExpertise in Digital TV products is nice to have:
