What we need now is someone with a passion for solving problems and driving actionable outcomes with data. In this role you will be responsible for bringing data and analytics products and capabilities to bear at WEX.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and capability gaps then translate those needs into technical user stories for the engineering teams.What You'll Do:

5+ years of experience as a ProductManager in a modern, data driven environment or 5+ years of combined Data Engineering, Analytics, Product Management experienceUndergraduate degree in computer science or related fields, advanced degree is a plus Understand how features (micro) interface with overall product vision (macro)Have a learning mindset to start developing hypothesis that are tested and iterated Experience in building self-service products from scratch.
Specific experience building products for internal analytical, and ML use cases is a plusStrong ability to think through unifying elements and common denominators; build solutions that work across multiple lines of business Hand on experience with big data frameworks and modern data technologies (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Tableau, SQL)Data driven approach for everything you do, understanding your customers, roadmap prioritization and measuring successAbility to work in an agile fashion with your teams; go broad to go narrow; build, test, iterateAbility to nurture various initiatives in parallel, in different stages of maturity and velocityThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position.
Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package.
Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan.
Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
