Accountabilities:
Support the Procurement Cluster Manager Benelux & Ireland in:
being the point of contact for the business in all procurement related matters;sourcing activities within key area’s of spend in commercial categories (indirect);the preparation of competitive bids, quotations and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions;developing and monitoring of contracts for the supply of both standard and tailored products and services with new and existing suppliers;maintaining supplier relationships for the assigned categories and resolving supplier issues including called out cases;maintaining a cost reduction, cost avoidance, cost containment program and reporting it via the value database;data collection, elaboration and analysis;all activities according with Company Values, Code of Ethics, Guidelines/Internal procedures (SOP’s) relating to people, finance, technology, security, and SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and local, national and regional legislation.Crucial Skills/Experience:
Strong experience within procurement or as a buyer in an international organisationExperience in advising the businessDegree in Economics/ BusinessConfirmed ability to manage multiple projects/tasks optimallyProficiency in Dutch and English.
