You participate in the sourcing strategies to increase the innovation pipeline and drive cost savings. You are responsible for the fleet of the national companies:
follow up and optimization of the fleet.You lead the team of 2 Purchase Coordinators, 3 storekeepers and report to the Head of Purchase & Logistics Belux.
Profil We are looking for someone with:
You have a Master or bachelor degree and ideally can present 5 years of experience within a Procurement/Supply Chain department.You have a first experience in people management and in coaching a team.You are fluent in English, Dutch or French, both oral and written.You have strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.You have a proactive, driven and result-oriented attitude.
