Communication is informal, and your colleagues are only a short call away. Your Impact As a ProcurementIntern, your primary objective will be to enhance our supplier data quality by completing the supplier inventory and conducting data analysis.
This role offers valuable hands-on experience in procurement processes and supplier management.
You will collaborate with our Group Procurement Manager in Brussels. Key Responsibilities:
1.
Supplier Data Management:
Gather and organize supplier information comprehensively.
Ensure accuracy and accessibility of supplier data in a single repository.
Analyze data for financial due diligence and supplier classification.
2.
Process Enhancement and Support:
Contribute insights for strategic procurement planning.
Assess and optimize procurement tools and technologies.
Assist in seamless integration of Procure-to-Pay process.
About YOU Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
Basic understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Pursuing or holding a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) in Supply Chain & Procurement, Business Engineering, or Purchasing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in pursuing a career in procurement, with a focus on sourcing and purchasing responsibilities.
Desire to take on challenges and learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
French speaker with proficiency in English.
