For sure you will be proud of your results at the end of the day!What does the SAP GTS Business process expert look like?He/she ensures that the SAP GTS template is managed in a good way to satisfy the business and trade compliance needs.Our business process expert’s goal is to focus on system configuration, change requests and support of the SAP GTS template together with our support and development team.If you join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the SAP GTS Business process manager and cooperating with the cross-business area trade compliance managers.What we expect from you?You have a degree in Computer Science , Information Technology or several years of relevant experience in SAP GTS (S/4 Hana preferred) setting and demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing SAP GTS projects.Experience in trade compliance is a plus.You have an eye for details and don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary as you are the keyperson between the business and the trade compliance team.We seek for a self-motivated person, able to work in a multidisciplinary team.You are full of energy and can’t wait to work together with Project Team to bring your technical solution and new ideas to solve new challenges of trade compliance.What else? We need you to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel and fluent in English.What will be crucial to have and develop in this role?Knowing how to improve business results, driving change and making things happen.Capability to display consistency between words and actions, act honestly and directly with people, raising flags when things go wrong to ensure appropriate action is taken.Ability to drive customer success and demonstrate a genuine interest in accurately understanding and acting on customer needs and expectations as well as trade compliance regulations.Passion for sustainability, being an example in following policies and practices as well as honoring agreements and commitments.What you will deal with in this role?SAP GTS Template management:
Follow up on open gaps after our phase 1a/1b/2 Rollout.Masterdata management and system integrations between different master data systemsMergers and acquisitions setupFull implementation (from idea to rollout) of change requests for continuous improvementAlign business processes with the responsible business area'sSearch and present process improvementsDevelop and maintain KPI dashboardsAct as liaison between Trade Compliance, Capgemini support team and development teamAct as BPX and super user for GTS system – monitor well-functioning of GTSKeep all GTS system parameters up to dateCoordinate between Trade Compliance team and Gecia screening & classification team (alignment on SOP /SLA etc.)… AtlasCopco AntwerpFlanders
