The Opportunity:
Lead a team of 3 professionals responsible for the industrialization process of food ingredients for a key R&D and production facility.Analyze product designs and identify potential manufacturing challenges, ensuring cost-effectiveness and manageability.Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, selecting equipment, tooling, and creating detailed production instructions.Collaborate with suppliers to secure materials and components, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.Oversee quality control measures throughout the productionprocess, guaranteeing products meet all specifications and regulations.Manage projects effectively, delegate tasks, and inspire your team to achieve common goals.Experience the unique satisfaction of seeing your work contribute to some of the most recognized drink brands on the market.
What You Bring:
Around 10 years’ experience in Industrialization Management or a similar role within the Food Ingredients industry.In-depth knowledge of industrialization processes, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Proven leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
