Work on 2 levels where on one side you provide support as a pragmatic operational troubleshooter and on the other side you use your technological industry knowledge to have strategic impact.
Lead the (multidisciplinary) project team from concept to implementation.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in production/process environment.
Technical expertise.
Knowledge of LEAN ,6Sigma, TPM, GMP.
Project management skills.
Analytical and innovative approach.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Fluent Dutch and English.
