Be end responsible for the process - from defining the goal, modeling & documentation of the process, clarifying the link with other processes to measurement of the process performance (value added > KPI).Represent the process in audits, in programs & projects.Explain the way the process works to others and helps them understand their role in the process.Monitor if the process is properly executed, and foresee feedback and escalation loops.Able to coordinate process improvement and leanification:
