& areasDevelop and implement process improvement initiatives with emphasis on uniformity and simplificationAnalyse current processes and identify areas for improvementDesign and implement new processes to increase efficiency and productivityManage process documentation/visualizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changesTrain employees on new processes and procedures (including documentation)Monitor and measure process performance and report on progressIdentify and mitigate process risks and issuesLead process improvement projects from start to finish together with the project teamExperienceProven work experience (>3 years) as a ProcessManager or similar role(Rotor wing) Aviation background (preferably knowledge of CAMO / P145) is a plusPrevious experience in project management is a plusSkillsPerfect understanding of process improvement methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage and steer cross-functional teamsGreat communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping softwareWhat we offerYou'll be welcomed in a young and exciting company.
