The required profile for the ProcessImprovementManager position:
You translate the company strategy or a given strategic direction to different teams in the organization; You act as a change agent, selling and implementing change effectively; You actively seek opportunities for self-development and learning; You proactively look for ways to increase customer satisfaction, and ensure a customer oriented attitude in the team; You show awareness of and commitment to business performance targets in own job; You show market and business awareness in own work/own immediate area; You promote co-operation within own team and between teams, and act as an example of effective teamwork; You effectively influence others and gain collaboration by persuasive two-way communications; You prioritize own and team's work, are decisive and take initiative beyond call of duty; You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience; You have at least 5 years of relevant experience and management experience; Background in Management consulting is a plus; You have relevant experience with project management and tools; You are a change manager with a can-do mentality; You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and verbally.
Any other European language skills are considered as a plus; You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
