The inputs will be collected from line operators, supervisors, lead technicians and machine tenders.
You approve project management plans.
You determine priorities, schedule and coordinate the realization of improvements in cooperation with the scheduler.
You become the technical specialist, spokesman and representative of sterile production in the technical improvement initiatives.
You are responsible for the communication of changes to personnel and related training of personnel involved.
You evaluate impact of changing GMP requirements on the equipment.
You develop knowledge systems which describe what and how to operate and trouble shoot filling lines Requirements • Civil engineer, bio-engineer or industrial engineer with at least 3 years’ experience• Good communication skills with different levels• Technical understanding of filling and sterilization equipment• Knowledge of change control procedures• Excellent knowledge of GMP's, more specific in the area of aseptic filling• Analytical approach• Problem solving skills STARGROUP
