As a processengineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, quality, and safety of our equipment and processes.
Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to mentor and coach the technical operators in your team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may include analyzing and optimizing production processes (processengineering), implementing new equipment or product upgrades (project or maintenance engineering), or managing raw materials to optimize supply for production.

Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses to drive efficiency.
Build and enhance process capability and control, ensuring top-notch quality.
Provide valuable feedback to design and lead smart standardization deployment.
Define equipment standards to optimize operations.
Lead change management and validation processes, driving continuous improvement.
Lead and build the capability of process failures technical troubleshooting.
Lead process benchmarking and reapplication efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
Who are we looking for? You hold a degree in civil , industrial or bio-engineering.
You have a very good command of both Dutch and English.
You are proficient in PC skills - you can easily work with MS Office and SharePoint, and quickly learn internal applications.
You have a good understanding of reliability concepts such as OEE, BD, OEE loss tree, etc.
You have a good understanding of analytical and troubleshooting concepts such as Checklists, Lean, BPS, YY, BDA, DMAIC.
You enjoy acting as a coach on the work floor – you will be spending 80% of your time on the floor - and you like to elevate the skills of technicians to a higher level.
You are a team player and contribute to a healthy and collegial work atmosphere.
