Function You want to be up to date with the latest technologies in the world of construction, be able to work on all the major Belgian projects, bidding on projects worth several million or even hundreds of millions, and have variety in the type of project (hospitals, flat blocks, museums, industry, etc.).
As a pricestudyengineer in the tenders office, you will have the following responsibilities:
analysing tender documents answering questions (technical, administrative) from the devi prepare estimates after the tender, monitor the file and, if accepted, take part in preparing the work and transfer the file to the Project Manager.
Depending on the circumstances and your experience, you may work in this role for a few years for training purposes, or you may move into the tenders office.
Profile Master Civil or Industrial Engineer with construction / architect orientation.
Experience in submission or in an Engineering office of at least five years.
Rigor and precision are essential expected qualities.
Some form of creativity is required.
