Maintain and enforce the safety and environmental programIdentify health & safety risks; propose improvements to enhance safety execution and awarenessPoint of contact for the government and government inspectionsLead of the IDPBWInform and advise the Plant Manager in all safety mattersDrive company’s safety programManage compliance with NWL rules and any legal obligations for Safety & EnvironmentReport all accidents and incidents using the available proceduresTrain the organization on relevant safety and environmental mattersMaintain & improve the documentation for HSEParticipate in Compliance, Safety, Security and ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 auditsDrive the Sustainability initiatives for the locationReport the environmental data internally and externallyWhat You'll NeedMinimum:
Technical education, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanics or electronicsAt least 3-5 years of proven experience as ”Preventieadviseur niveau II”Knowledge of ARAB, AREI, codes Health and SafetyFluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Your advantage:
