Required Skills and Competencies:
Master's degree in finance, economics or related field; First experience in the assetmanagement industry, preferably in portfoliomanagement; Preferably CFA certification or willingness to do so; Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting in-depth financial and market analysis; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively; Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service; Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices within the assetmanagement industry; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and market data platforms (e.g.
Bloomberg, Factset); Programming skills are a plus (e.g.
Python, R, VBA, Matlab, …).
