Vous contrôlez le poids des flacons toutes les dix minutes à l’aide d’une balance.Vous contrôlez le fonctionnement des éjections en paramétrant le nombre d’éjections nécessaire afin de garantir le zéro taché dans l’arche.Vous participez à la logistique autour des machines de production Hot End.Vous graissez les moules machines en fonction de la fiche technique article.Vous éjectez les flacons tachés par le graissage, pollués par des débris de verre, présentant une non-conformité.Vous nettoyez les machines selon le plan journalier de nettoyage.Vous remédiez aux anomalies constatées par le biais des réglages, des changements de moule, etc.Vous réglez les machines en fonction de la nature des rebuts.Vous procédez au changement de moule lorsqu’il ne répond plus aux exigences de production, le remplacer par celui de réserve et joignez l’information sur les réparations réclamées pour l’entretien moule.Vous rédigez différents rapports afin d’assurer la traçabilité des données de la production Hot End.
Qualifications Vous disposez d'un diplôme A3.Vous disposez de connaissances en mécanique de base.Vous disposez au minimum d'un an d'expérience.
Informations supplémentaires Vous occupez le poste de releveur et serez amené à faire des remplacements en tant que machiniste HE.
