•Follow up bookings pro-actively •Manage the accuracy of information via uploading the validated Final baplie files•Manage special cargo requirements•Handle COD requests and follow up with confirmation and liaise with COD team if additional restows or amendments are required.•Focus on keeping restow moves to a minimum where possible and report all reason accurately for further network analysis.•Manage any Partners allocations and follow up with final report to VSA department•Manage vessel performance against Proforma / Live Schedules•Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the Vessel Captains, Chief Officers, Port Planning Dept, Liners, Port Captains and Agents, ensuring that lines of communication are clear.•Escalation of key reportable issues•Constant Cost analysis•Data reporting and Quality of said data•Compliance with IMO regulations•Monitoring of non-compliance or deviation by the vessels from an agreed instruction to be escalated to FNTE Efficiency for further suggestions/recommendation•Maintain Voyage Instructions for vessels against services under your responsibilitiesEducation level/Experience •Minimum 3 years of experience in the shipping industry•Minimum a Bachelor degree in Nautical science or equivalent by experience•English:
