We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced PayrollSpecialist to join our HR team.
As a payrollspecialist, you will play an important role in the life-cycle of employees, from their arrival to their departure (in terms of payroll).
You will report to the Comp&Ben manager, and will work alongside a colleague in managing and monitoring payroll for our various populations (blue-collar, white-collar, executive).
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing new employee contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective) and maintaining and updating as necessary all payroll information for each employee.
Managing periodic calculations and payments such as holiday entitlements and allowances, end-of-year bonuses, CLA 90, etc.
Maintaining payroll operations in line with policies and procedures Verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in payroll-related systems.
Ensuring that payments are made on time and that pay slips are submitted.
Preparing and monitoring ad hoc financial and operational reports (monthly).
Handling general payroll enquiries, issuing advice, explaining procedures, etc.
Working with other HR and finance departments.
Management and monitoring of employee benefits (hospital and group insurance policies, monitoring of premium calculations, monitoring of invoices, etc.).
Ability to resolve technical problems or questions concerning the time and attendance management tool (Primetime).
You are the ideal candidate if :
You have a bachelor's degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience.
You have at least 3 years' experience in a payroll management role and a good knowledge of social legislation.
You work in an analytical, accurate and efficient manner and strive to continually improve processes.
You have an excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
You are precise and detail-oriented.
You are able to meet strict deadlines.
A good technical knowledge of payroll/time management/master data software is an asset.
You are fluent in Dutch and French.
