You ensure the continuous optimization of payroll and administration processes and tools to achieve the most efficient way of working.You continuously question the current situation of our payroll processes and define clear actions to achieve the optimal solution, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders involved.You help to create a culture of continuous improvement and initiate clearly defined actions to put these ideas into practice.Maintain a good working relationship with our shared services center in Bratislava, which helps us with day-to-day administration.Participate in a number of compensation and benefits projects.Who are you?You have proven experience in the various functionalities of Belgian payroll for blue-collar and white-collar workers. You have experience in optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so.You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.Knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) and experience with Luxembourg and French payroll is a plus.What’s in it for you?At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
