Nous bâtissons notre prochaine génération de leaders en investissant dans le développement de nos collègues.Main ResponsibilitiesManagement of the packaging and Visual Inspection (Manual and automated) processLead daily packaging and Visual Inspection operations in respect of GMP & EH&S regulation; with the objectives to deliver quality products in a timely manner and in line with internal & external customer demandManage daily & weekly performance process using KPI’s and visual board leading to corrective and improvement planResponsible of the team, the equipment and packaging facilities to meet performance, quality and safety objectives.Supervise and develop his/her team to increase their performance and motivation.Coordination and Planning of every member of the packagingteam to ensure the adequate running of operations.Promote active collaboration within and between departments.Ensure colleagues training program as per plan and Zoetis requirementsPerform colleague’s performance process and related actions planContribute to capital investment and continuous improvement projects, to help support the LLN site developmentRequirementsDegree in science related field, preferably Biology/Microbiology Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Proven competence in bio-pharmaceuticals manufacturing processes, passionate by people management and process development.Up to three years experiences in the bio-pharma industry.Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and the equipment used.Demonstrated capability to effectively apply knowledge, lead multiple activities and balance customer priorities.Proven competence in organizing, planning; personal learning, delegation, managing & measuring, process management, problem solving, and ability to lead or support multiple teams, groups, functions, key projects or processes.You will need at least 5 years’ experience working with people (team from 5 - 20 operators) and have effective team/ leadership management.
