The role operates in matrix program teams alongside key stakeholders to ensure quality standards of packaging and artwork deliverables are met.Who You Will Work WithYou'll collaborate with experts in Secondary Packaging and Artwork, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners from packaging development phase to artwork approval.
What You Will DoInfluence and manage the interface with internal stakeholders and external partners.Leadpackagingprograms and guide cross-functional teams.Strategic project management, including setting strategy, anticipation of opportunities, and problem-solving.Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and adherence to the UCB packaging strategy.Support building the UCB Packaging Strategy and it’s execution.Act as a single point of contact for communication-related matters within the functional department.Key contributor to the effectiveness of the overall end-to-end labeling, packaging, and artwork processInterested? For This Role, We're Looking for the Following Education, Experience, and SkillsBachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in packaging within the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices, regulations, manufacturing, production (packaging), and project management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English language), planning and organizational skills, and the ability to support, inspire and influence multi-functional teams.Ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams, hold teams accountable, results orientated, effective at networking, able to manage complex projects from development through commercialization and to achieve the desired objectives or outcomes.Relationship management – ability to build network and influence business partners Certification in project management is a plusAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
