Your jobAs PR manager assistant, you’re assisting the PR manager responsible for the development and implementation of the PR strategies in key markets (Germany, Belgium, France and The Netherlands) for our brands Marie Jo and PrimaDonna with relevant press content, community content on the brand essences and brand USP’s.
Community:
Following-up on PrimaDonna and Marie Jo community campaigns rolled out by HQ and PR agencies Work closely together with PR/Influencers agencies to create content for and about our brands (contracts, samples request, collecting deliverables) Propose new activations/new profiles to increase and engage the community Keeping a close contact with the Social media Manager to coordinate timing of influencer content Analyze profiles with dedicated tool (Stellar) Set-up the Content Creators reports with a dedicated tool (Stellar) Coordinate the community reports with the agencies Engage with our community on social media (f.e.

Coordinate the clipping reports with the agencies & compare their results within the Auxipress monitoring platform Manage samples deliveries for stylists and magazines Your profile Preferably you are a communications/PR and, or marketing graduate.
You are available for a period of 6 months starting November 2023.
You’re up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and influencers.
You’re passionate about fashion lingerie that makes a difference in women’s lives.
You have the capability to understand and defend brand USP’s and essences.
You’re an innovative and creative storyteller.
You’re result driven.
You’re a true relationship builder, well organized and proactive.
You’re a hands-on coordinator that can pivot quickly and adapt when needed.
You are fluent in English and Dutch is a big plus.
You live in Belgium & are allowed to work here.
