The Role As an OrganizationalChange professional, be eager to guide our customers through their challenging transformation journeys.
Be part of Infosys’ large-scale international business transformation programs, where you will drive the ChangeManagement process focused on organization transformations, digital - and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Develop and implement ChangeManagement strategies & plans, conduct stakeholder analysis - and change impact assessments, manage client stakeholders on all levels, create engaging communications, organize training programs, and ensure business readiness.
Actively contribute to our Practice development through initiatives such as digitizing our ChangeManagement offering, develop new offerings or further develop our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets.
Contribute to the creation of customer proposals by designing innovative ChangeManagement approaches that are fully aligned to the overall transformation journey.
As a Consultant you will be part of a larger transformation team, while Senior Consultants and Principals should expect to manage a workstream, country deployment or entire projects, and face off to senior leaders from the client.
Principals are expected to manage people and contribute to business development.
Requirements About You We are looking for ChangeManagement professionals with previous consulting or industry experience:
Experienced in driving OrganizationalChangeManagement programs for ERP implementations, Digital-, Process - and Organizational transformations, setting up Global Business Services, guiding Mergers & Acquisitions or Business Process Outsourcing programs.
Enjoys working strategic level and is fanatical about ChangeManagement activities Is a strong communicator (verbal and written), with excellent interpersonal skills.
Get energized by working with people, love challenges and is a true problem solver.
Enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization.
Good at translating customer needs into an engaging transformation journey where you are the glue between our Project team and the Customer stakeholders.
Fluent, business level in English, as well as fluent, business level in one or more of these languages:
Dutch/Flemish, French, Spanish, Italian.
Eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile team, in which your base location will be Amsterdam or Brussels but – according to client needs – you will work both remotely and at client sites across Europe.
