Expertise MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral ScienceChangeManagement Certified Professional e.g.
PROSCI or ACMPDeep understanding of the latest organizational changemanagement trendsStrong affinity with (digital) technology Soft skills Dynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teamsSkilled in building long-term relationships with clientsDedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team membersStrong communication and presentation skillsOutstanding people person with strong relationship skills, able to interact seamlessly with different levels in a global multi-cultural organization Other Holds an EU passport and is fluent in English and DutchOpen to traveling and working at international client offices.
