It is also a rare opportunity to gain a valuable understanding of all the moving parts within a successful high-growth company.You will work in our main offices in Brussels.Responsibilities Lead strategic projects such as expansion into new cities, provide the best operations support to key accounts or liaise with the tech teams to deliver new features to help our operations.Collaborate with other teams, including Rider Marketing and Rider Engagement, to ensure markets are continuing to scale efficiently.Collaborate with other markets to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements At least 3 years experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, operations management or growth.Someone who can analyse data intelligently and conduct analysis to link variablesYou can understand incrementality and cause/effectYou have a strong business acumen and an ability to prioritise your projectsGood execution skills, as you will put your analysis into execution.You enjoy to collaborate with teams of wildly different skills.Resilience and an ability to adapt to an ever evolving market and product.
