This role is pivotal in overseeing the plant's operations, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, and maintaining high standards of efficiency, reliability, and performance.
You will lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire operation of the CCGTpowerplant, ensuring adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing recruitment, training, and personal development, with a focus on health, safety, and well-being.Drive continuous improvement in plantoperations, collaborating with the maintenance team to achieve key objectives and KPIs.Play a crucial role in emergency response coordination and decision-making.Contribute to the long-term strategy of the powerplant, including technological upgrades and process optimizations.Ensure accurate reporting and documentation management for all operational activities.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Luminus trading department, and ensure compliance with all Luminus policies.Oversee the integration of new technologies and innovations into plantoperations.A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Extensive experience in an industrial environment, specifically in power generation would be an asset.Proven leadership and team management experience, prior experience in a 24/7 operational environment is a significant plus..
Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, project management, and change management.Excellent communication skills, full professional proficiency in both French and English; Dutch is a plus.
