Ready to come on board? What are your duties as an OnboardInformationDispatcher? Informing on-board train crews of current and forthcoming disruptions, so that they have all the data they need to manage on-board information.
Coordinate the assistance resources available to support the onboard teams in carrying out their duties.
Provide technical telephone support to crews to help them carry out their on-board duties.

Klaar om aan boord te komen? Wat zijn je taken als treindienstleider? Het treinpersoneel informeren over huidige en toekomstige verstoringen, zodat ze alle gegevens hebben die ze nodig hebben om de informatie aan boord te beheren.
De beschikbare hulpbronnen coördineren om de treinteams te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van hun taken.
Technische telefonische ondersteuning bieden aan bemanningen om hen te helpen hun taken aan boord uit te voeren.
Registreren van alle anomalieën die door het boordpersoneel worden gedetecteerd om de beschikbaarheid van diensten te helpen bewaken.
Requirements Diplomé.e d’un niveau EQF level 5/ bac +2 Deux ans d’expérience dans une des branches de la logistiques Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, le néerlandais est un plus Forte capacité de négociation et bonne communication Forte orientation client et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions ; Vision globale, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse en temps limité ; Capacité à communiquer clairement des modes opératoires à d’autres collaborateurs et à des partenaires Résistance au stress induit par des situations perturbées Le poste est couvert en roulement de shifts de 8h, assurant une présence continue de 6h à 22h, 7j/7.

The position is covered by 8-hour shifts, ensuring a continuous presence from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
