You will come into contact with different network environments.You participate in the maintenance of different network components (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, wireless, ..

).You have good problem-solving skills and thoroughly investigate the situation and possible solutions.You handle high-priority situations and take corrective action during outages.You draw up accurate documentation, instructions and procedures and keep them up to date.Together with the team, you think about optimising our internal tools and make improvement proposals for customer environments.You strive for customer satisfaction through close cooperation with your colleagues.You provide 24-hour assistance in a rotation system (on a yearly basis, you are on duty for about 6 weeks).
You will have flexible working hours, with scheduled presence for clients between 7am - 6pm.
Sporadically, we may expect you at the client's premises.What do you bring?You are passionate about IT and Networking & Security.You are a team player and particularly customer-oriented.You are confident in working independently and take initiative to find the best solution.Analytical problem-solving is one of your strengths.You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably complemented by a CCNA certificate.
NSE4/NSE5/CCNP/F5 certifications are a plus.Are you equivalent through relevant work experience?Then we would also like to meet you.You have experience and/or interest in the following technologies:
Switching, Routing, Firewalling, VPN, Loadbalancing, Wireless.You are familiar with and have working experience with networking equipment from various vendors such as Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers and Cisco/Aruba wireless solutions.You are fluent in English.You are eager to learn and grow further in this role.QualificationsSPECIFIC SKILLSCisco Routers & SwitchesPractical experience with firewall technology:
