Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute product-specific tests using scripting languages to meet the requirements for new product launches.Coordinate with R&D to develop manufacturing test strategies for new products.Maintain and upgrade test solutions during the production phase.Ensure adherence to high standards in terms of deadlines, pricing, and quality expectations.Provide documentation in line with program or business requirements.Offer support and guidance to production colleagues on testing and production difficulties.Ensure compliance with quality systems, internal policies, and procedures, and ensure availability of test data for process changes.Collaborate closely with team members, R&D, and production.
Vereisten Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Science with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Python development; experience in test development is advantageous.Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities in English and Dutch.Comfortable with debugging and troubleshooting tasks.Passion for product development with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to innovation, efficiency, and problem-solving.Understanding of electrical interfaces and ability to read electrical schematics.Willingness to occasionally travel abroad (Bulgaria).
