Ensuring MGC is correctly set up for relevant clients – obtaining data from the CA’s about the client and their exposureAppointing Marsh where required and managing the contacts for local Marsh and client offices.Attending pre-renewal strategy meetingsIdentifying and requesting country specific documents to minimise delays.Identifying cash before cover territories and monitoring payment processResponsibility to gather accurate network instruction information and distributing to service office via our internal tool.Attending tracking calls to discuss any issues with issuance of documents.Monitoring post renewal payment progressAttending frequent insurer engagement meetings to improve service.Communicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programs.You will receive an allocated set of accounts.Involvement in all global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that MA services are properly articulated and utilized.Provide a global service CE role for an identified Client portfolio.Strategic carrier engagementAdvice on structure of global programs with complex regulatory issues.What you need to have:
Hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, insurance, or risk.Preferably professional experience in risk or (multinational) insurance management or account management.Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French is required to strengthen the insurer and client relationship experience.Eagerness to exchange collaborate and work in a multinational network and a global company.You have some experienced in B to B business and can operate in a high-performance environment.Think outside of the box, a can-do positive attitude, interpersonal skills, flexibility, team spirit.You find your way around Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).What makes you stand out:
