Here's what you'll be doing:
Be the champion for customers
- listen to their needs and ensure a smooth breakdown resolution process.
Act as the communication hub
- liaise between customers, drivers, and dealerships in their native languages (Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, German).

- efficiently manage breakdown cases and keep all parties informed.
