Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Services (PaaS), and Software as a service and understanding of one or more cloud security standards and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CSA, etc.Deep knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems; Next Gen Web Application Firewalls and Secure Web Gateways; Threat detection technologies; Log analysis and Incident Response; Cloud security technologies, architectures and concepts such as Zero Trust, cloud security posture management, cloud workload protection, Cloud code security and Cloud infrastructure entitlement management.Extensive experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFluency in both written and verbal English is required as well as one of the following languages:
French, German, Italian, Spanish, DutchAdditional QualificationsCertification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Azure SecurityOne or more of the following languages would be a plus:
Polish, Hungarian, Czech, TurkishResponsibilitiesMain ResponsibilitiesIdentify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise.
