Execute data migrations from various sources to Microsoft 365, maintaining data integrity and security. Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues promptly. Break down complex challenges into smaller, manageable components.

Documentation Create comprehensive documentation of migration processes, configurations, and best practices. Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and client stakeholders, to ensure successful migrations. Requirements Bachelor‘s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Proven experience in migrating data from file servers, SharePoint , and other document management systems to Microsoft 365 In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 , particularly Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive Strong understanding of migration tools and methodologies Knowledge of FME and/or AvePoint Fly is a plus Team-player Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Exceptional communication and client-facing skills Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation Familiarity with compliance and security considerations in data migration Benefits Become part of a team that's constantly pushing boundaries .
