In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Engaging in changes, service requests, incidents, and standard operating procedures related to Microsoft 365 (70%).Streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency through reporting automation (20%).Defining, implementing, and reporting on Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategic initiatives (5%).Handling other miscellaneous tasks as needed (5%).QualificationsThe ideal candidate should demonstrate strong experience in the following areas:
Exchange/Exchange OnlineOneDrive for Business/Network-Attached StorageMicrosoft Teams/SkypeSharePoint/SharePoint OnlineOverall knowledge of Microsoft 365 serviceAutomation skills:
Proficient in automation tasks using tools such as Graph API, PowerShell, Azure Workbooks, Azure Functions, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Teams Chatbots.Identity and Access ManagementAzure Active Directory and Azure design at an enterprise levelGood command of the English languageCollaborative team playerAbility to read, understand, and create technical documentation for delivered solutions.Skills considered a plus:
Experience with supplemental technologies such as migration tools associated with modern workplace technologies.Experience with endpoint deployments, rollouts, deep troubleshooting, and upgrading to the latest Windows 10/11 version.Intune, Windows 365, SCCMOn-Prem Active DirectoryExperience and understanding of workplace security with Microsoft EMS E3/E5 suite.Microsoft 365 Defender, Microsoft Purview.Additional InformationWe support your development!
