Handling incoming requests within 4h. Responsible for specific contracts and handling last minute requests. Managing the meeting rooms signage.
Assisting the Meetings and Events Sales Team with their daily activities. Handling requests and responsible for specific contracts. Following up on assigned activities in SAP to ensure high level of service and sales conversion.
Preparing group arrivals (rooming lists, group instructions and function sheets). Ad-hoc reporting. Facilitating communication within the department, the hotel and with clients. Facilitating communication between M&E department and the other departments. Targeting high guest satisfaction. Knowledge & Requirements Yes I can! attitude Willingness to learn Customer oriented Oriented problem solving Team player & communication skills Flexibility & adaptability Rigorous & quality oriented Organizational skills Be enrolled in a school/university and provide an internship agreement French and English proficiency are a must.
Dutch or other language is a plus. Proficiency in SAP is a plus and will boost your learning pace/autonomy.
