Assist in creating briefings (creative & guidelines).
Translate a project planning in concrete steps.Coordination:
Follow-up on the projects tasks, liaising with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges, providing creative solutions to meet project objectives.Timeline Management:
Monitor project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
Keep all stakeholders informed of project status.Budget Management:
Assist in budget planning and track project expenses.
Ensure projects stay within budget and report any deviations to the marketing manager.Asset Coordination:
Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing assets, such as graphics, content, and promotional materials, to support various campaigns and projects.Campaign Support:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, advertising, and events.
Using tools such as Selligent and SFDC Mkt Cloud for email marketing, Showpad for Sales Enablement, DAM & CMS systems.Documentation:
Maintain project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, and meeting notes.
Ensure all project files are organized and accessible to the team.Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks on marketing materials and communications to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding guidelines and initial briefing.Reporting & tracking:
Assist in the reporting of campaigns based on pre-set targets, by gathering all data to measure the effectiveness and aligning with marketing performance data teams.
Using tools such as Tableau & Google Analytics.Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate project updates and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.Continuous Improvement:
